Do you offer financing?
Yes, we can offer financing through either G.E. Money Bank or Sheffield Financial to find the best payment plan to suit your individual needs.

How fast do they go?
Speed is dependent on engine size. Our 50cc engine goes about 40mph, 150cc goes about 65mph, 200cc goes about 75mph, 250cc goes about 80mph and the 500c goes about 98mph.

Can I carry a passenger?
Yes, all of our scooters are equipped for riding two people comfortably.

What kind of warranty does Piaggio offer?
All Vespa and Piaggio models come with a one year / unlimited mileage warranty. Vespa models aslo come with one year of roadside assistance. 2 year extended warranty options are available.

Does Tampa have a Service Department?
Yes, Vespa Tampa has a full-time service department staffed with Piaggio Trained Technicians.

Do I need a motorcycle endorsement to drive a scooter under 50cc?
No, but you must hold a Class E License or higher and your scooter must be street legal - ie. require proper operating equipment - brake lights, headlight, mirrors etc and have a current tag, title and registration.

What are the requirements to drive a scooter with an engine larger than 50cc?
You will require any class license which includes a motorcycle endorsement. All first-time customers for a motorcycle endorsement who are under 21 years of age must complete a department approved Motorcycle Safety Education Course and motor scooter skills test.
